am i the only crazy one?
I wash my car every Saturday while my wife is at work and i had a friend come over so he could wash his car. And he was shocked that i clean the inner barrels of my rims every time i wash the car. lol is this not normal? i spend about 3-4 hours cleaning every saturday (my only wife free day)

umm... i would like to say you ARE~ but... i pull my rims once a month and do the inner barrels/shocks/springs/A-arms/all the control arms/towards the engine facing side of mufflers/axles/fender liner/towards the center of car side of the brakes/the brake lines... umm just about every part of the suspension you can get to with the wheels off OH YEA and take off the centercaps of the rims and wipe in there
as for the rest outer parts of the car, wipe down everytime before i leave the garage... AND i just finished for today *added rainX to the front windshield too*

I used to pull the stocks off and clean the inner barrels of those too every week haha although i've never touched the suspension. the bulk of the time spent cleaning is in the interior as I HATE DUST lol

LoL!!! Just talking about that. I was just helping Dave out with his car and was trying to clean his rims today, but that is a lot of work. I really don't know how you guys do it. Also, looks like Judd just explained his whole suspension.

lol... drifting you car is not a good excuse for not cleaning your wheels, sometimes the debris on your wheels can cover up a crack or some brake fluid leaking from your calipers from a slight leak. everybody does their own thing just my .02
i still clean my wheels even thought their stock, i'd clean them better if it was a baller set i'll admit to that

On my beater daily driver rims the inner barrels are so dirty I only clean them when I have the rims off. However, for my nice clean rims I generally take them off once a month and clean the entire rim from top to bottom. I usually do this until I get my first major curb mark or bend in the rim, then it looses its appeal and I start to let it slide.
