Anyone know of a Lexus Dealer with a service department open late?? It seems they all close at like 6pm...

Well, finally got the answer to my question, the Lexus Dealer (Arlington Lexus) on Dundee Rd just east of Rand is open till 11pm, they take their last car in around 9:30pm.

Nothing happened, just wanted other options. I like dealers that are open late so they can answer questions, or I can pop in and get an oil change - it's just more convenient for my schedule!

I agree. I only take my car to McGrath in Westmont for service but i live near downtown so I always end up keeping loaners for several days. I wish they were open really late and at their size and popularity, I would think it would be a good idea business-wise.

Well, until they change, you can always use Arlington Lexus on Dundee Rd...

I doubt McGrath will change their hours though..

The Arlington locations service hours are until 11pm, and are available to answer questions until then. If you needed to get a simple oil change done, 930 would be the latest they could take you that night. If you wanted to drop your vehicle off, try to do it before 10pm. If you will be needing a loaner, I definitely recommend setting up an appointment.
