I have pretty much posted everywhere else so might as well post here. I hope it's OK to post in the regional forums. But my 2009 Candy Red Honda Ruckus was stolen early this morning between the hours of 2-7AM. It was stolen in the Pilsen/Bridgeport/Chinatown area, it has a shortcase GY6 swap which nobody else has that I know of and a custom rear frame. If anybody sees or hear anything about it please contact me or the police. The plates on the scooter is "GASVR 8" I am praying it comes back soon and in 1 piece. After this incident, I have no motivation to work on anything else.

And here is my GS that I might just return back to stock or sell. Not worth all the hard work and money spent on it, then have it stolen in minutes.

Unfortunately no. Its been exactly 8 days and no news about it. Noone seen it or heard it anywhere. Still not losing hope yet, keeping fingers crossed.

It is still under investigation ...police report has been made and its under the "hot " list.

I posted it the day you did on both facebook pages to help as much as possible. I just tore down a fully built S2000 for the same reason. 8 month build, motor and all, in my garage with Dominic. Sucks that this **** is happening and it only is getting worse with the S2000 and of course my recent searches its primarily Honda cars being stolen. I'm not going to mess with my next car after all that I have seen over the past few months. Probably put myself back into a Lexus and just leave it alone and call it a day.

I hope this isn't the next fad for theft with the recent hit of these on the streets. Especially those that live in the city with no parking or protection.
