^I agree with you

Do you still have the LS? I was looking at them when I had my GS in for service. I really liked the interior Didn't have time to drive it.

Most of the dealerships in chicago have good service but if you see how nice all of the dealerships are then you know they are raking in the cash which means you are probably paying too much for service.

Independant place for timing belt water pump 600-800 .. dealer over a 1000. Nothing special about dealer .. same parts .... I personally don't use the dealer except for warranty repair

I took my car to Bredemann Lexus. They screwed up my service date but still managed to squeeze me in. They replaced my lock cylinders as well as my ecu. Great service, and i liked the car was after the service too.

I have had several pleasant dealing with Lexus of Highland Park. It was probably one of the easiest car buying experiences with one of the best deals I've encountered. Thumbs up.

I second this. I got my door lock actuator replaced on the front driver door. They did give me a 1 hr ETA, but ended up being a little over 2 hours. I didn't complain, I was working on my homework anyway. Left there happy thanks HP Lexus!

Purchased a LX570 from Bill Davis at McGrath (Chicago). I live in Indy and saw they had an LX, so I called and made arrangements to drive it while in Chicago on business. Bill gave me a fair price on the LX and reasonable trade numbers (2003 LS430). I drove the LS up and we made the switch. Upon getting the vehicle home, I noticed a couple of issue (no Jack, missing a floor mat, etc). I called Bill and he had the items (all brand new) sent out right away. I was very pleased with the dealer and with Bill Davis in particular.

I was glad to see positive comments about their service department - appears this flows over into their sales area as well.

Highland Park Lexus always takes care of me.

Very Strange someone mentioned in this thread about the parts department. They have a great one there.

When you need to order a part, make sure you have your VIN Number handy and correct. Lexus/Toyota make mid model year changes, so saying you have a '10 IS/GS/Etc might not be enough.

Just got myself a fully loaded 2008 RX400h at McGrath in Westmont. That was a best experience of buying a car - 5 stars definitely

I took my 02 gs300 to mcgrath in westmont. And I have not one complaints. Paul was my service advisor and he was cooler than the other side of the pillow. I kind of regret not purchasing my 07 gs450h from them
