If you have a complaint at least take the time to explain what the issue is 
I am dealing with McGrath right now as we speak. Their service dept. has been EXCELLENT, got me 15% off on my ABS/VSC sensor repair which calculates to over $100. Plus, they kept me informed on the repairs and provided a loaner.
I usually hate dealerships, but McGrath has been one of the best Lexus dealerships I have been too..

timmy41, explain your reasoning? i have had only great experience with mcgrath. i say either he starts stating reasons or ban him mods!!!!

Car you bought had that many problems? Wouldn't/shouldn't this a be caveat emptor (buyer beware)...I mean you are/did buy a used car, right?
Did you not check the car out yourself?

I purchased my Lexus a few months ago from McGrath Lexus of Westmont and they are horrible. I have had multiple problems with the vehicle. The service department stinks and can't fix them. They do not stand behind their sales. I am warning people to stay away from McGrath.
