Here ya go, this is pulled from my motorcycle forum. A bunch of these guys are getting their cages done by ceasar also.

Ceasar @ Logan Square Auto Accesssories: 2436 N. Milwaukee

Film: Johnson Film ??? Never heard of this, but he says he's never had an issue, and the guy that referred me to him has no issues with his tint.
Warranty: Lifetime
% offered: 5, 15, 20, 35, 50

Pricing:
Sedan = $140
Coupe = $120
Trucks (2 windows ONLY) = $40

Days Available: Mon-Sat, 9-5.

You may call Ceasar to ask more questions or set up a day to come in.

Also:

On 10/30/09 bill HB3325 was passed allowing passenger vehicles to
have window tint on both front windows. Here’s the breakdown:

up to 35% for front and rear windows
30-35% in the rear and up to 50% front
If rear windows are tinted below 30%, front windows cannot have tint.
Vehicles equipped with factory rear tint are allowed to have
up to 50% tint for front windows.

I pulled this from:
