The city has a large deficit right now, the state a even bigger one. It's nothing more than to increase revenue, they couldn't increase the taxes anymore so they found another way.

WTF both my mercs have the factory blue tint, its more obvious on my clk then on my ml how the hell do i explain to the pigs that its factory if they pull me over

This law seems strange, my parents cars both come from factory with tint, that tint isn't a film much like many aftermarket tints so to speak.

It's glass/tint/glass, so how are you going to remove that??

IMO this law is ridiculous, but hey I like my privacy, that's just me.
I can understand safety being one thing but that's what headlights are for.

It's pretty much a diff. type of plate (black lettering) instead of red that allows a person to have tinted windows/windshield due to eye disorders/problems. Requires getting doctor approval and sending i a bunch of paper work. The old doctor notes don't seem to be cutting it anymore.
