My buddy Don and his brother are bringing their Supra's as usuaul. They won trophies in the past. Don just told me last night, he is finishin up his interior. mods to his Supra and it is coming out great. I plan on being their this year and Jeff will bring his Solara as well. Elmhurst Toyota show is always fun and they had a Garmin vendor their last year giving out hats, GPS raffles etc. many people bring out the toys (literally).

Who exactly did you talk to? All Lexus cars are allowed into this show. If they allow a Lotus Esprit(not mine) to be parked in the lot the times I have been at this show, they sure better let a Lexus attend.

I'd be suprised if that's correct, but if so, maybe they figure the odds of a Lexus owner buying a Toyota are slim, so why pay $$ for potential non-customers..

I asked the people of elmhurst toyota for you guys, they said lexuses are more than welcome at the show..


so yay for you guys.
I also decided I will roll in with the Chicago Club Lexus guys this year instead of the solaraguy forum. So hopefully I'll be able to meet more of you there as well.

This is not true I talked to the owner of Elmhurst Toyota (Kurt) they don't have a Lexus dealership so they are not welcoming Lexus into the show. Please explain this who you talked to so we can get to the bottom of this?

Grrr.. so no lexuses at Elmhurst? thats stupid... I think I asked like 2 salesmen and some supervisor..
