Weekly Chicago Meet
When: Every friday, starting at 10:30 PM, ending whenever the last person goes home
Where: Streets of Woodfield at Starbucks, or Stratford mall whatever works...
Why: Why not? I'm sure im not the only one that needs something to do on fridays And to me, the once every two month meet isn't enough.
This meet isnt limited to IS300's. I'll be posting on ClubLexus as well. Feel free to tell friends about this and have them come out.
It'll be like a mini car show every week, where we can check out each others rides, sit and have coffee while talking about whatever you have on your mind, and for those of you who have lead pedal fever, there is the highway (IL-53, tho as a precaution, street racing is illegal and dangerous, bla bla bla. Police *ARE* on that highway, so whatever you do is at your own risk

I usually cruise up to Streets of Woodfeild with a few of my buddies during the week. It's usually random days, so i cant tell you guys exactly which days i go there, the days I am there, its from 9pm-11pm or so), but I am there fairly often. I really don't go up there on the weekends because its toooooooo packed.

if chicago lexus is interested our group (JGTCA) has a weekly meet and cruise. the club focuses on fr/mr/awd cars. we usually ask ff cars to park slightly away from the group to try and keep the theme because otherwise it just winds up being a generic meet and that loses the whole point of the grand touring car style of things.
anyways, you guys are welcome to come the meets if youd like. we just ask that you respect our rules and we will respect you

raynart, where do you guys cruise? It kinda looked like glenview or around there, I would love to bring either one of my rides out to the meet. My subaru is pretty much stock except an intake, but the lexus is far from stock. I love to cruise

well depending where the meets are, cruises vary but we do are best to get to the twisties. like i said check the site for more info, sometimes we dont mention where we cruise cause then you get random ricers that decide to tag along.
