Thank you guys!! Still trying to figure out a solution without violence force.
1. The driver door is the only one with the key hole....passenger side is handle only....no key hole for the trunk either.
2. There was issue with my door actuator last year that I replaced it with new OEM one......not sure if its related.
Was thinking to use a steel wire through the side window to manual unlock it
BTW.....I was meant to post this thread in the SC430 forum but somehow end up in Car Chat...lol

Looks like when they installed the new actuator, they forgot to engage the manual unlock rod (or broke it). When this is all sorted, have that looked at.
If you're going to try the steel wire, note that it just might be easier to pull the hood release if you can't manage to get a good hook on the relatively smooth door lock. The hood release is a nice, wide handle that's easy to hook.
Do some quick research on how this side window entry method is done so you don't damage the top weatherstrips. Those things are NOT cheap. Be careful when doing this. The pros use plastic wedges and inflatable bags to do this without damage.
