Renewing "Enform Safety Connect" - can it be done online?
My Enform (Safety Connect, Destination Assist, Auto Collision notification, etc.) expired. I went online at "Lexus Drivers.com" where it shows my subscription has expired, but when I click on the "manage my Supscription" button, nothing happens (except the button changes colors).
Is this supposed to work?
has anyone ever renewed their subscription online? If you must call the 1-888 number to renew then what is the purpose of the "button" on the website?

I doubt that you can "renew" an inactive subscription online. You are starting over with a new subscription with a new effective date.
I've renewed Safety Connect a number of times for multiple vehicles but I've never waited until after a subscription has expired to do it.
I've done it two ways and only before a subscription expired: 1. Pressed the SOS button in a vehicle and spoke with an operator. 2. Called by phone and spoke with an operator.
I've sometimes paid less than the advertised price when renewing. Ask for special offers. The longest term I've renewed Safety Connect for was three years.

Your right - can't renew on-line.
You would think, that Lexus, being a leader in automotive technology, would be able to setup a website where one could manage/renew/cancel their subscriptions, would not be so much to ask or expect.
Why the "Manage My Subscriptions" button on the webpage - if it doesn't do anything?
I did call the Lexus Enform subscriptions number and renewed.
But the Lexus Enform webpage still shows my subscription is inactive (it's been three days) so I can't use the "eDestinations" feature. I called Lexus back they said they would look into it but give them 3 days to get back to me.
Lexus make a great car, but they are way behind when it comes to website features and usability.
