I've never been invited to any launch part, not even once! My family has owned over 5 Lexus vehicles.

Unfortunately I've never gotten any of the perks. Dealers have always treated me second class because I bought a 3 year old pre-owned car. There are a few little things multiple wouldn't take care of under warranty because I didn't want to get ripped off by their CPO pricing. Always some excuse pertaining to the fact that I didn't buy the car from them. Been very disappointed with that and will likely defect back to German makes once I am more financially secure. I'll be sure to let the next service department know that if they try to make a smart comment again.
