On my way to the Jag dealer...
Was in the auto park just around the corner from the Jag dealer to test drive the XE and caught this...
Anyone surprised?

doesn't look like a fiat to me - mitsu outlander sport? either way, probably just ran out of gas.

I'm probably jumping the gun but I agree with mm that it's probably not an out of gas issue. If it were the case, why get 5 guys to haul the car back? One staff could have simply ran back to the car with a gas can (several gas stations in walking distance), fill it, and drive along. Would not be surprised if the car died considering Fiat/Chrysler are at the bottom of the reliability heap.
This reminds me when my dad went for a test drive in a Fiero back in the late '80s. An hour later (and we're worrying by now), we see my dad and the sales rep pushing the Fiero 2M6 (2.8 V6) back to the dealer. Was not a gas issue but an electrical one. No cell phones back then of course.

Haha, not sure if you're joking, but while I was at a red light, I saw them pushing the car for quite a distance from a major road before turning on the smaller road, then into the dealership.

My guess is it ran out of gas. I've gotten in a bunch of cars at dealers that are VERY low on fuel...

Usually, though, if that is the case, yellow warning lights and/or flags come on. When that happens, you are down to about two gallons or so......good in many typical vehicles, in suburban driving conditions, for about 30-50 miles.

All vehicles I test drove all have the low gas warning light on. Sooner or later a car or two will run out.
