My all-time favorite color combo was the early-70s Barracuda/Challenger in Plum Crazy purple, with the white vinyl interior.

Another combination that I thought was quite well done (with clever marketing) was the early-70s AMC Gremlin "Levi" edition, with a denim-blue paint job and matching interior seat/door trim done in genuine denim jeans material.

Cadillac had some pretty wild options back in the day. Mandarin Orange paint with matching Meduim Orange Metamora plaid cloth and white leather interior. You could get that same cloth in blue, red, green, maybe brown with the white accents as well.
