You're right....good observation, FCReulB. I think that is actually two different people in the car. When you look at the video from a different angle, it appears to be someone in the left seat (or lying down in the back seat) with his or her shoes on the wheel, and someone else in the right seat on a cell phone.


Either way, still an argument for pulling a license, IMO...if these two morons don't kill themselves first.

Improper phone use is a 5 point violation in NYC since last year, but there seems to be more and more drivers on their god damn phones. It's especially infuriating when I'm on my bike, and retards around me in their SUVs are not paying attention to the road.

My wife keeps asking me why -- despite the penalties here in Ontario -- there are more and more people holding and talking on phones while driving. My answer is that you have to catch them first and without cops on every street corner, you will never catch them all.
