Cancelling Lexus Enform on Trade-In
I called Lexus Enform today to see when and if they would give me credit for the remaining subscription for the 2015 Lexus RX 350 that I had just traded in to the Lexus Dealer on 21 June 2016.
I spent over an hour and two e-mails with several folk before they agreed to cancel the former Enform subscription and credit my credit card. Be sure that you have Enform's acknowledgement to cancel your old subscription when activating a new one year's prepaid subscription on the new Lexus car you are buying. It's not automatic that the old Enform Subscription will be cancelled and refund processed.
