Oh cool, I'd forgotten about this project. Read a few articles about this retro electric Stang a few months ago.

Zombie 222 hit 174.2 miles per hour. Just like that, almost a year of hard work had paid off: Bloodshed motors had created what may be the fastest ‘68 fastback Mustang ever, electric or otherwise.
what a rush!

Pretty awesome. What would be interesting to see, is more people do this or even a company that can swap out engines and put in an electric motor, at a cost that would be reasonable. I think many people would want to keep their current car and just go green.

yes, it is a growing trend. This is the first muscle car I've seen though. I have seen VW Beetles retrofitted with an electric motor. Pretty cool if you ask me

I read about that on The Verge yesterday. A tad expensive to do that but at least it brings the car back to life. If I had the money, I'd probably do that too.

I just looked up that article and wow, I didn't know that retrofit cost that much!

For a VW, I think that mod would be more widely accepted. I'm curious to see what the internet has to say about this fastback. I came across a 2jz turbo swapped mustang and some of the feedback about it was just brutal!

Someone should do an electric conversion for a Hummer H1.
