We wanted to share with you all that famed Japanese Lexus tuner NOVEL just picked up a brand new Lexus GS-F for their stable.

Many of you have already seen their track prepped IS-F, newly developed RC-F, and now they have plans on modifying the new GS-F sports sedan.

Judging from the amazing, high-quality parts they've already produced for the previous platforms, we are sure to see some new improvements for this upcoming year.

We'll be sure to post up photos and information on new upcoming parts that they release for all Lexus platforms so check back with us as we continue to document their development progress.

Nice pick up, a subtle carbon lip would seem fitting

I totally agree with you there. Knowing NOVEL, my guess would be that they will most likely produce a subtle front lip, side skirt (or side under boards), rear side spats/under spoiler, and possibly a different rear diffuser setup..

Their RC-F aero kit was pretty much that. They offered a very nice front lip, side skirts, and rear side spats. A few months after that they produce a more aggressive center diffuser as well.

NOVEL positions themselves as a premium brand for the Lexus market so they take pride in making clean, high-quality parts that accentuate the factory body lines. They want their parts to seamlessly mate with the already incredible design and style of the Lexus body while not hindering the flow of the factory lines.

I'm confident that this new kit for the GS-F will be nice, so we're excited to see what they come up with.

Side under board would be nice, similar to M performance has for the 3 series, subtle but nice.

I think you guys are both hitting the right points. A little carbon can go a long way on Lexus's. You really don't need a lot to make these cars look great.

Like blacksc400 said, a nice side under board would look great, especially if there was a nice clean front lip, and possibly a rear under spoiler or side spats of some sort.

I think with the release of the RCF, we've seen a handful of Japanese vendors go this route. Most of the lip kits that are out right now, with the exception of the crazy Rocket Bunny wide body kit, has all been simple, subtle lip kits that flow well with the factory body lines.

If you look at Varis, AIMGAIN, Artisan Spirit, NOVEL, Skipper, or Lexon, they all have relatively clean lip kits that aren't outlandish and crazy.

I think the GS-F is going to follow a similar path. I'm sure there will be a few manufacturers that will come out with a crazy kit as well but for the most part, the GS-F has more of that luxurious sports sedan feel so super aggressive styling just won't work as well in my opinion.

And here we have it folks... the first 3D rendering of the new NOVEL GS-F aero lip kit.

Some of you guys had really good points. I think you guys and NOVEL had the same idea. They developed a nice looking front lip spoiler, side skirt which sit more like under board attachments. I'm sure they will have something for the rear but the renderings aren't finished yet. Once they are complete, we'll post them up for you.

To be honest, it looks pretty good. It's not too over the top but has enough aggressive features to show that it's actually an aftermarket part.

What do you all think? These are just rendering for now. Once the physical production pieces are made and installed, we'll post more photos.

NOVEL is really moving on their new GS-F lip kit production.

They've already completed their 3D scans and renderings and now they're molding clay to shape the kit.

Here are some new photos of them in the middle of sculpting the clay on the car.

Yes, I 100% agree with you on that one. Tokyo Auto Salon is happening in January and I'm guessing there's going to be a small handful of aftermarket upgrades for the new GSF already. The exhaust is one of the first things aftermarket tuners/manufacturers make for cars. I'm guessing we'll see a new exhaust for this car very soon.

NOVEL will probably make an exhaust similar to the one they have for the RCF.
