Finally made my decision for my new ride!

Yeah, I notice it quite often....an innate and unreasonable bias against Kia and Hyundai on the part of some buyers. I've seen a number of examples over the years, but the latest one was with one of the members of our condo board, just a couple of weeks ago. She has an old Sienna, was almost ready for a new minivan, and asked for advice. The Sienna and Odyssey, of course, are always safe choices, particularly if you need AWD, where the Sienna is the only option in the American market. But, when I pointed out that the Sedona offered (for a comparable trim-level) lower prices, almost as good quality, and a much longer (though non-transferrable) warranty), her face suddenly went blank, she said "I will not buy a Kia, period", and would not even consider one. She was one of many people who (apparently) are still living long ago in the past....back when Kia products deserved to be ignored.

It really is their loss...

The Sedona, with SX + trim, is very nicel. The Nappa two tone leather with color stitiches are nicer than my 750 seats. My friend just bought a Odyssey EX-L, spent more money than mine, was speechless when he saw my Van. The van is very thoughtful designed and even the navi is impressive. Sometimes it gives me a false sense of driving a luxury car. As with reliability, I lease all my cars so I'm careless about it. In fact, the Sedona and service from Kia, almost made me consider their K900 XD
Btw, the financial manager from Kia was just started there after 15 yrs with Lexus, and he personally switched from GS350 F sport to a K900, and told me both he and his wife were happy about the change.

The K900's road manners are markedly different from those of a GS, and especially an F-Sport. It's something not often still seen in production any more...a straight, traditional soft-ride luxo-cruiser that is designed primarily for comfort, not handling. The Hyundai Equus is too, to a large extent.

Yes, the AWD and torque makes it jump off the line like crazy mouse. I read about it but driving it still surprised me at first. I so used to drive my 7 which has 445HP in sport+ mode in everyday condition, but this M is totally at another level.
Only complaint: gas mileage is horrible, I mean very bad! Local I read 7.2 last night, and today I tried easy highway driving, the most I got was 13.6 >_>
So far I got 50 miles on the car and the gas gauge already dropped pass 3/4 line.
