Default American Car as a toy

Curious to hear Lexus owners' perspective

If you have the choice of the following cars and let's just assume you also have an RCF, which one would you choose (all manual transmission). Say max budget is $55000

The '15 GT because it'll have the latest tech options (if you want them) and a new car warranty.

I see you have/had a Fiesta ST. The Focus RS will be coming with AWD soon too, if you want a hatchy option different from your RC F

C7 Corvette. Might have to get a slightly used one with 2-10k miles on it to get it with the options you want at that price(ie Z51 performance package).

If a 2015 Mustang with Recaros and a supercharger is within your budget, I would think a 2016 GT350 is an option, no? Otherwise, maybe a 2014 C7 Z51?

But OTHERwise, just get the 2015 Mustang GT. I have it and love it.

EDIT: Actually with that budget, you could probably even pull off a 2015 C7 Z51 with no other frills.

I voted none of the above. For me, a lime green or purple Dodge Challenger....possibly a Charger. But I'd much prefer something that Chrysler hasn't gotten around to yet....a retro Road Runner.

I don't think the markup will last into next year, though. They're marked up like crazy right now because the 2015s are an extremely limited edition run.

All years of GT500 were marked up around here.

I found a reasonably priced '10 Shelby GT500. RCF is a faster car but I like the manual transmission and the torque of this car.

Ended up with an '08 Z06 with only 11k miles, comes with a set of brand new OEM tires, too. It is practically still a new car.
