I know $21k seems a lot but it does include a free wash and valet plus an air freshener in the shape of a Veyron.

If they fly out to you, do they bring their own jacks and perform the oil change at your house or do they drive to a specialized VW dealer???

Wow, that's a good damn good deal

Lexus owners are familiar with the $80 wash job. That's $100 for the oil change - but it comes with a "free" wash.

To our resident LFA owners, how much does an oil change cost? Also, where do you get it serviced/or does Lexus come to you?
$300 according to this thread:

The fact they pay $21000 for an oil change still does not mean I should pay more than $30 for mine. I will still bich about the $80 oil change.

Silly charges should not be used as a basis for comparison.

then again, do bugatti drivers ever drive more than 20 miles a year? At that rate, they would take years to get to 5000 miles for the next oil change.

Oil also deteriorates from time, not just mileage.

Golden rule of pricing: price depends on the customer, not the product you are selling. It is an ages old concept that is has been and still used by street vendors.

Considering 30 quarts of Mobil One probably costs $150ish retail to begin with, not bad.

Oil does not deteriorate with sitting in the crank case

If it did, we would see expiration dates on oil bottles too.
