Facelifted LX570 / Land Cruiser

3 more engines left to launch in 2015 Hoovey (out of 14 mentioned last year).
3.5l GR
5.7l UR
1.5l HSD
Good guesses? If this UR is not new engine with VVT-iE then 3.0l GR? But above seems to be the list.

What is there to balance out? The current LX get 12/17 and the LC 13/18. You not going to get much better than what they have already, that is assuming that the 5.7 carrysover and gets a HP boost.

Some more info...
4.0 v6 LC = 6 speed ( auto ) i assume the manual will also be 6 speed now?
4.6 v8 LC = 8 Speed
5.7 V8 LC = 8 Speed
currently the v6 is a 5 speed and v8 6 speed.

Hmm... Maybe 4.0l and 4.6l won't be significantly updated since we have 3 engines left out of 14 updated ones until end of the year.. And we know of 3.5l and Prius still to come... So one more unknown .

It seems lexus can't incorporate the spindle nose without a big front overhang.
Go offroading and you'll return home without a front bumper.
Look at that overhang compared to the landcruiser.

I highly doubt there are many people who actually take the current 570 off road. And from the looks of the brochure that is leaked, it appears Lexus is going to go in a different direction in regards to the marketing of the 16 LX. I doubt we are going to see off roading ads etc etc.

The longer nose is part of the spindle grill look.
