Congratulations . Enjoy it.......Great purchase. I have a very high opinion of this car....one of the highest of any vehicle I've reviewed in quite some time.

Notice, though, that the OP lives in FL, where the summer sun can really bake the roads. If recommended PSIs are OK when cold, which means sitting out of the sun for a least 3 hours (particularly if the recommended PSIs are maybe between 30 and 35 PSI), then, on very hot roads, when the tires really heat up, they can be easily be 39-40 PSI or more. Tires add approximately 1 PSI for each 10 degrees of air temperature.

The Infiniti dealerships I have gone to for service also tend to set the pressures about where his are.

My sense is they are trying to delay/avoid the dreaded low pressure light firing.

Wow, that is one good-looking car! Congrats to you! I really like Hyundai's take on the Ferrari-esque rear diffuser and tailpipes. Also, great choice on color schemes.

Thanks everyone.

Mike, it was info from this forum that sent me checking out the car...
Since I split time in Toronto and Tampa, this is a Canadian model.
Yes the tire pressure is high. Toyota dealer did that to my other cars too.

So far one of my fav features is the bottom seat cushion extender for the driver. The lane keep tech is amazing but a bit annoying when the car trying to go back between the lines on its own if I drifted over one without signalling.

Very nice car. They should've placed Genesis badge on the back same as on front, instead of Hyundai badge.

ah, so that's why it's awd v8 - you got it in canada.

awesome car. just saw a v6 one yesterday while driving, and that's one great looking car, and i find the wheel stance/fitment (not inset or gappy like others) to be very pleasing.
