I think you're operating on a set of assumptions here. You state that this is caused by a poor quality rebuild job, but you have no evidence of that. 1 ground wire being left off isn't proof that the whole job is shoddy.

I too would recommend taking it to another Lexus dealer.

I live in the Denver area. And have purchased 3 lexus in town. While I live much closer to kuni lexus, especially since they moved their store, I have always had a better experience at Stevenson

agreed take it to another dealer...if they refuse to look at it after Kuni's work, call Lexus Corporate.
