Default Huracan vs. LFA

i've endlessly gushed over the lfa. love it. spectacular in so many ways.

i've never been much of a fan of lamborghini cars which have tended to be huge on the 'look at me' side and go that normally couldn't match a ferrari.

but the new huracan, lamborghini's 'entry' model replacing the gallardo, seems to be absolutely incredible AND very comparable if not (gasp) better than the LFA.

spectacular all wheel drive. spectacular suspension, transmission and engine. spectacular interior, including an awesome configurable main gauge display.

and, loaded, it's still $100K LESS than a new LFA's price.

great review here...

discuss.

lfa is just going to be "slower" and "more outdated" as time goes by

but as a car? i still pick lfa

I raced a Huracan leaving a car show last weekend. A little cat and mouse and it was not as fast as I thought. We were on the surface street and didnt get over 80 but it was maybe a car and half a head of my ISf and didnt get any further. I guess all the pull is higher up

^
Are u seriously comparing an ISF to a new Huracan in terms of acceleration?
LOL

LFA is more special bec only 500 exist and it will be worth much more than any Huracan in 20yrs.
I think at present the Huracan is a more friendly supercar for everyday.....

A Huracan runs mid 10's at mid 130's in the 1/4 and the IS-F runs what high 11's in the low to mid teens. It should not be close at all.

Probably the best-looking Lambo, inside and out, that I've seen yet........and without those quirky scissor-doors, which, IMO, are useful only for getting in and out in really tight parking-spaces. And I'm not a fan of the Audi MMI system, whether it is in an entry-level A3 or a six-figure Lambo.

Oh...and BTW, I like its paint-color-choices...I'd probably take the Lime-Green:

You might want to double check your sources for those IS-F 1/4 mile times. IS-F 1/4 mile times at best is low to high 12's

If LFA was only made for persuing lap time, then it won't be designed as FR at very first time. It's the benchmark of all the Lexus hi po car in future and tell people what kind of feelings you got when you driving a F car. If Lexus want a fast and affordable supercar, they can just use the aluminum body plus less CF, and turbo the engine plus the 4wd. Just another GTR which is meaningless .

Huracan vs. LFA
Huracan is more modern, LFA more special. Since there are only 500 I'd take the LFA. Either way if these are the two choices the buyer is #winning

everything Hoovey said, I agree 100%, especially that last sentence. oh, to have such a dilemma in one's life.

lol, how about we put the gtr in the picture as well and make these cars look silly?

seriously, for people who can afford 300-400k cars? money is probably not a HUGE deal. and for me, i have driven lamborghini. it just doesn't feel as good as the lfa, which on the other hand is incredible
