Speaking of interior, they also used up precious space dividing the gauge cluster into three separate binnacles. As I have mentioned in the past, these stupid dividers cut off prime real estate that could be used for more electronic graphics. I can't for the life of me see why this dysfunctional trend still hangs on by a few. The gauge cluster has to be THE most important part of the car's interior. Why not just put up raised dividers in between every mph increment on the speedo? Yes, same with the tach. Lets' decorated every number on the dashboard with fencing around it so each is protected and can only be accessed if you deposit $.50 before viewing.

But can you fit a full-size baby stroller in -- one of those you buy in a set with the reverse-facing infant car seat? That was our test when my son was younger. The stroller fit through the trunk opening of both my 2007 Camry and 2010 Corolla although both took some cajoling.
I don't think it would fit in this new Civic, though.

Again, I don't have a stroller, so I can't speak to that directly, but I think the opening will work just fine for most anything. Reviews should come out on October 19th.

I've always been a fan of Civics and I absolutely love my 13' Civic Coupe EX. I'm so glad I got an 13', I really do think its the best year for the 9th gen. I'm not a fan of the exterior styling, touchscreen audio controls and CVT on the 14' refresh.
I'll be skipping the 10th gen as my daily driver, but if the Type-R ever comes to the states...

Having a 13' for year and half for a daily beater, I think the new 16' is a huge improvement, I like the styling inside out minus the front chrome bar. I hope they improve the interior materials though, as my 13' interior is very easy to get scratched up. Have a mixed feeling about the cvt transmission, I was so glad I got the 13' which is the last year it came with a 5-speed auto.
Anyone know the specs for the 2.0 and 1.5t?

Having spent time in the 2014 Civic with CVT and the older 5 speed auto, I can easily say I prefer the CVT. It still drives like a motorboat, but Honda did a great job at minimizing the rubberband-effect. This is the first Civic I drove where I didn't have to rev past 2.5k RPM to get around.
