Ive taken the car as a demo until monday to decide if its really something I want to commit to. Its a beautiful car, some minor details need fixing (rear sunshade won't go down, Glovebox won't stay closed, Paint rubbed off on climate control) but overall its a solid car I'm going to continue doing forum research and my own inspections but so far i like it because I haven't found a non warranty covered reason not to I'm still in the Lexus family with my GS I just want to replace the GSh

Yes I say the post with the other cars.. My deal was better because it's $25k tax, tag, title and all fees out the door. Ran carfax 2 owners and service done every 10-15k miles. Has 4 brand new Pirelli tires too

A couple deep scratches on this corner of the rear bumper with a couple of small cosmetic impurities like paint rubbed off of climate control buttons/Engine start button/iDrive **** and the rear sunshade is stuck in the up position. Other then that.. The car is solid

Lookit here. The srcond car has 36,000 miles asking $23,900, say you negotiate to $23,999 + 7% tax(example) + title, reg $200 = $24,800

Why would you not buy a Bimer with less miles???

Because the search was exclusive to German v8 motors none of which are in the 7Series. I wouldn't go from a GS to a old model 5 Series, CLS, E class or SL. Yes they all are cheaper with less miles but none compare to the 7 in my opinion. I have my 2013 GS I don't want to DOWNgrade from the 07' GSh im seeking a UPgrade just don't really care to break the bank for it. My wife will probably Lease the new RX if she likes it or goto a ML Class after having this for awhile if we buy it. Still haven't found any other issues besides HPFP and battery discharging so far.. Keep it coming guys I need more opinions anybody have a F01/F02 that can chime in?

I have heard horror stories of the E38 but F01/F02 has been out for 6 years and doesn't seem to have too bad of a reputation apart from minor electrical issues
