Are you going to have to modify the body to get it to fit on the modified frame with the new suspension mounting points?

Great question, according to the manufacturer the new coil over mounts fit nicely under the stock inner fenders with no work required.. only time will tell if that is true or not though!

I was running the car without inner fenders for a while, but I do have some now that I plan to put on the car when it goes back together.. I may have to work them a bit for them meaty 275 front tires,we'll see on that too I suppose!

For now I am just going to give it a blast of paint to protect that new bare metal. Later down the road though once it's all together and modifications are done and working, I plan to tear it all back apart for the painting, and at that time I will powder coat the chassis in semi gloss black for a super durable yet almost factory look!

Found the cost to soda blast and powder the frame is just about $500, so I cant pass that up

Hows your Falcon project been going?

Project was moving along well but has been on hold for the past 6 months. We relocated back to Texas from Wisconsin and to a rental house with a smaller garage. We are working on a design for a new house to be built on land we purchased, but it will probably be February of next year before it is ready for move in. The new house will have a 4 car garage + shop so I will have plenty of room. Car funds have been diverted to house down payment funding but I still have parts that are ready to go on as soon as I find some time.

Here are a few pictures of the car just before we moved.

Don' want to thread jack. . . but. Quick details: 1965 Falcon Hardtop, original v8 car. Currently running full TCI protouring suspension front (A-arm) and back (3 triangulated 4-link) (used the kit intended for 65 mustang and modded to fit Falcon frame rails) 13" Wilwoods up front, 12"s out back. Wheels are ET III 18x8 up front with a 245 tire, 18x11 out back with a 315 tire. Hood custom made by me. Engine is 4.6 3v & 5 spd trans from an 06 mustang, plan to supercharge. End goal is 600+hp, 500+tq in a sub 3000lb car. Working on interior right now, have custom buckets to install, still need to work out the steering, and will install a 4 point cage.
