Could even say the Impala front profile (but not the details). Oh well. As has been noted many times, everyone is copying everyone. Of course Kia and Hyundai are notorious for that. I still like what I see though. Looks modern-conservative.

I like what I see so far. I've become a real fan of Kias in recent years.

Kia Sportspace Concept Is a Stylish Four Seater Estate
Kia has released more details about its Geneva Motor Show debut, the Sportspace Concept.
The study is a stylish estate created for long distance driving, with Kia saying it has been designed “for fast and efficient travel with maximum comfort and minimal stress, in the best grand touring tradition of the weekend getaway.”
Although the automaker doesn’t mention it, the D-segment study may preview the next-generation Kia Optima, which may get an estate version as well.
Designed at Kia’s Frankfurt design studio, under the direction of Gregory Guillaume, Chief Designer Europe, the Sportspace offers “stylish and exciting transportation” for four passengers, “without sacrificing the performance, sustainability and economy that Kia is known for.”
“We set out to design a car that is a totally new breed of grand tourer – one for active people who need reasonable cargo space on the weekend, but don’t want to compromise moving around in style, comfort and with an element of sportiness,” explains Gregory Guillaume, Chief Designer Europe.
No details are offered about the powertrain, but we’ll probably learn more about that when the car debuts in Geneva on March 3. As for the design, it features Kia’s signature “tiger nose” grille, sleek proportions and simple, clean surfaces. It really looks dynamic and sporty, and being an estate means it offers “a high level of interior comfort and substantial practical load space.”

Let's look past the fluff and be real. This is a freakin station wagon, and nothing more. Kia is barking up a dead tree with this, just like Dodge, Cadillac, and other recent makes have. I would have focussed more on a concept sedan or SUV/CUV, which is the meat of the market and where future sales sit.

I wish station wagons were more popular here, which would allow us to have more choices. I like this. I like this a lot.

I'll go with the Magnum part, at least with the exterior styling. But the Magnum, having been done on a older Mercedes E-Class chassis, was RWD/AWD, where we don't know anything (yet) about this Kia's powertrains. Nor do we know if it will have 2+2+2 seating like the Pacifica did.
Wagons, as a whole, are usually more practical than sedans.
not very practical.

It's not hard to guess the configuration of this vehicle and quite honestly I'm wondering why the Pacifica was brought up.
This will be a conventional FWD 5-seater possibly with optional AWD.
