Highly unlikely, its easy to restyle parts bumper headlights and fenders, however you need all new tooling for the rear as the quarter panels are connected to the rest of frame. The best lexus will be able to do is restyled tails (same shape) and a new bumper.

V8, bigger wheels, bigger brakes, etc.. that weights... GS350 is 3750lbs, right?

There is a 210lb weight difference between RC 350 and RC F (3,748 vs 3,958).
If you factor that in for GS 350 (3,795) it seems like the GS F might come in right at about 4,000lbs. Obviously models with TVD or other upgrades will weigh more.
However, it would be nice if GS has more carbon fiber to offset the weight gain
I guess we'll know soon.

I don't understand your thinking here. If they restyle the bumper, they can reshape the taillights at the bottom just as they did the headlights in front. The bottom of the tails meet the bumper, and all that has to be reshaped is the lower part of the decklid which is just metal stamping. Lexus adjusted the shape of the taillamps in the 2010 LS refresh and obviously the 2013 refresh.

I am wondering what kind of numbers the GSF will be putting hopefully from the 5 liter at least 467hp like the RCF. Maybe Lexus could surprise with 500hp +. As for turbos given the NX has them who knows maybe in your dreams.......

Here is an example of how a car looks stripped of its parts, If you just change one thing you are essentially making a change in the structural pieces of steel.
