A nice web-site feature for new 2015 Mazda owners
At the request of an old friend of mine, I was doing some on-line research this evening (off of CL), for the lowest-priced new car available in the American market that comes either standard or optional with the automatic-braking system to detect obstacles and avoid collisions. While checking Mazda's latest web-site to see if the new Mazda3 offers that feature (it does), I noticed that Mazda does something very nice and convenient for new 3 owners....it posts a well-done, in pdf form, a beautifully-graphic Start-Smart version of the 3's operating manual on-line. I was very impressed with it, so I thought I'd post it here. It's a handy reference to what can be rather confusing systems in a lot of today's cars, particularly if you don't have the thick paper-copy Owners' Manual with you or don't want to take forever trying to look something up in it.

They also have the same Start-Smart guide for the new Mazda6, so it appears to be a feature for all new Mazda owners.

Mazda website has been great since 2003 when I found the car I wanted online. I had no need to go dealer to dealer looking for what I needed.
