1999 Toyota Windom and Lexus IS 300 Shocks

Can I take the shocks from a Lexus IS 300 and put them on a 1999 Toyota Windom? If anyone knows please contact me here immediately. I need this info urgently been on Google and all over can find no help! And i would would like someone with experience dealing with suspensions and mechanics
