Kawasaki Ninja H2R makes 300 horsepower. Holy. Crap.

That's a "mid-range" horsepower GTR, too. There are a couple of 1,800 and 2,000 whp GT-Rs driving around.

You gotta love how that bike lifts the front end and flies from 0 to 100 in less than 3 seconds doing a wheelie...

Without being strapped on, how can someone actually stay on the bike, being shot forward that quick? I'm not a biker....it seems strange to me that the laws of physics, from that kind of acceleration, don't just toss the rider right off....or blur their vision out with G-forces.

Aerodynamics.

It's a sadistic position to be in, but in racing, it's necessary...

Watch the clocks! Over 200mph on closed public roads! Check out this crazy on-bike demo lap with James Hillier aboard the supercharged, 300+bhp Kawasaki Ninja H2R monster! These roads are very bumpy and not all that straight yet the Kawasaki still powers to an indicated 210+mph! What a machine!

The Kawasaki H2R ridden by James Hillier on a demo lap of the TT course on 10th June 2015 on the Isle of Man. Video taken on the Cronk y Voddy straight. You can hear the bike all the way through the Glen Helen section and all the way through to Sulby!

Same speeds that were achieved back in 2006.

The difference is modified racing, to now stock OEM.

This was with the H2R, not the H2. The H2R is the track version and is 50lbs lighter and has more horsepower. But yes, it's an OEM trackbike, not something you'd buy and drive on the streets.
