I saw this insider news about the 3 future models/updates for the Ferrari brand. Glad the NA V12 stays, but I am surprised that Ferrari is going to make quieter cars.

Ferarri 458 Successor
- Twin-turbo V8; there will be no electric turbochargers, just normal turbo units
- Power delivery will mimic naturally aspirated engine with regard to how the power output climbs
- there will be functional side vents for cooling on each side of the car body
- Weights less than the current 458 Italia
- New steering system design and updated transmission control software for faster shifts
- The new car will runs quieter than the current 458
Ferarri FF Mid-Cycle Update
- US market only has one engine choice: the V12
- China market get an extra V8 engine option
Ferarri F12berlinetta Mid-Cycle Update
- Will keep the V12 engine, output increased to around 780hp
- No hybrid powertrain option, due to cost consideration
- A new styling package with more aggressive appearance added into the option sheet
- There will be a HGTE (Handling Gran Turismo Evolution) special model

I think the F12 may be getting a little crazy. It already seems like a handful in all the reviews. Most say you'll need to be a race driver to extract 10/10th from the car. 99.999999% of drivers are not .....so we will have many dead rich guys in ditches. lol
