+1 on Legends. I used to own 3 legend coupes one being a 6 speed. I've had several FWD cars and legend was the best.
My 93 6 speed with 110K miles kept up real well with my buddy's new 99 M3 5 speed back in the day.

How about the Nissan NX 1600/2000? I never owned one but i thought they looked pretty cool. You never see them on the road anymore.

The Integra is timeless to me

I absolutely love my 98 5-speed LS. The manual trans is nice and smooth and I'm still on the original clutch, 105K miles and still blows ice cold AC!!! It's had some minor issues but mostly related to wear and tear such as calipers, rotors, pads, wheel bearings. Besides that, I've done nothing but oil changes. Many of the OEM parts are still intact such as the radio, exhaust, intake. Get about 34 mpg on the hwy which isn't bad at all. With all season tires the teg is a beast in snow. When my stock suspension gives out I plan to put on some coilovers, add some strut bars and have fun on twisties! Only bad thing about these cars is the paint. Nothing that can't be fixed with $2k.

If anyone is looking for a beater, I highly recommend getting an Integra. They have great reliability and are cheap and easy to fix.
