Loaners and Neglect?
I've had beautiful new Lexus vehicles as loaners when I bring in my vehicle for servicing, yet the majority of times, the cars are barely cleaned and already look neglected and aged. What is your experience with Lexus loaners?

Unfortunately, depending on the dealer, the turnaround for loaners is so short there is very little time between customers for a thorough cleaning. At most they'll go through a quick carwash and maybe a quick wipe down.

It's really the whoever's in charge of the loaners cars job. My dealer we have specific people whose job is to maintain the loaners so (like those pictures) things like that don't happen. It's in a dealers best interest to have them clean and presentable not only for looks, but for survey's which some positons like Sales or Service live or die off them. One part asks about loaner cleanliness, and in Lexus's eyes if it's not 100% survey its a fail.

At my dealer, Enterprise handles the loaners as rentals. How about you folks? The dealer or outsourced?
Despite this, the outsourcing, the dealership should demand a higher standard than what I typically get which is what I posted in the pics which is regardless of when I pick it up (morning or afternoon.) That '14 ES 350 has only 2600 km and looks abused already.

^^^Exactly. Just look at the difference below on first impressions.
Took me a whopping 3 minutes to wipe this dash and door panels down clean including getting rid of the tacky and poorly applied shiny dash dressing. I just couldn't bear it on such a new car.

I'm more interested in this ES loaner with no color screen...I've never seen one like that! Even the non nav ones I've seen have the screen and a **** thingy next to the shifter.
But yeah, that's how most loaners I get look too. My dealer does it in house, no enterprise
