I remember filling a form out myself. Will have to be on the lookout in the mail. What year and model did you have?

I'll take it for a 1 minute online fill out of a form.
Depending on model,I believe some will receive up to $1K.
I know a member here with a ES350 will be getting over $400.

I believe this check was for a '10 RX350.I did have an ES350 too but I'm pretty sure it was the RX that was bought in a certain window of time.

Does this extend back to the 92 LS?

I swear I never intended to go 120 in that car....

Filled out a form on a Toyota Economic Loss Settlement Website about a year ago.
Thanks for the heads up. I signed up for the settlement too. I think the calculator said I'd qualify for around $400 if the settlement went through. I'll be keeping an eye on the mailbox....

Just received my check. Pleasantly suprised at the amount. Was only expecting about a hundred. Received more than that. Not bad for taking 5 minutes filling out a form and mailing it in.

I could never, in good conscience, fill out a form and take money from Toyota knowing damn well there was never anything wrong with their cars. I felt this way from the very beginning.

Feel the same way, but also the fact that I know nothings wrong with my car. Well that and I'm just too lethargic to fill it out

Add me to the list of folks with a conscience. I've never been one to jump in line for a handout without questioning who's footing the bill and why. Unless I'm actually entitled to compensation, I'll pass on principle. I sleep better at night that way.

I have to agree here.

I have owned countless toyotas and lexuses in my lifetime and have served me exceptionally well. I would never fill out these class action suits where consumers get a bag of peanut and law firms take a gazillion dollars.

"The Court has awarded Class Counsel attorneys’ fees of $200 million, plus an additional $27 million in costs and expenses."

One word - OBSCENE.
