Family Man, Winter weather, Still want in sport ride..please advice
Like the title states.
Please help me. I am not sure what I want to get. Followings are my situation
My wife do have an RX350
1/ I work 6-7 days a week. 2 jobs, cause my wife is stay home mom with my kids. I am fully committed, even though I have only 1 now, and more to come.
2/ I have a Daily commute, 2006 Camry LE. My wife former vehicle
3/ I sold my 19T Vr4 3000GT. Because I couldn't torture myself seeing it being tortured in the winter, and daily drive.
4/ So, now I want to replace my boring Daily Camry with ??? Please include any Future vehicles, because I can wait for couple year

Is the Camry paid for? I'd keep it and work less. Seriously, its just a car, instead of that find a way to spend more time with them.

I am not sure which one I should go for, probably below 40k. I can do either used, or new. I just want some Fun to drive, and easy to beat on, and reliable together with winter sustainable and reliable
Yes, it is 7 years old. It is paid for.
It would be nice to be able to work less, but as my position, it will not happens. Once I advanced, hard to take off.

If you want to buy used, and want at least a fairly dependable winter-ready ride and some sport to go with it, look at a turbo Subaru. Older Outbacks and Legacys had turbo GT and XT versions, the Forester had the XT turbo, and, of course, you have had the Impreza WRX and Sti for years. Some older WRX and STI models, though, had clutch problems, so I'd avoid the sticks (they were often, of course, also driven by young, immature, hard drivers). WRXs and STIs also came from the factory with performance tires that, even with Subaru's excellent AWD, weren't that good in the winter...you might need to change to all-season or snow tires in the cold months. And, of course, when buying ANY used turbo car, make sure that it has documented oil-changes and service. Turbos are hard on oil, usually require synthetic or semi-synthetic oil, and generally aren't forgiving of extended oil-change intervals.
If you want to buy brand-new, Subaru still does the Forester XT Turbo and the WRX/STi, but the Outback and Legacy turbos have been dropped. Still, you could consider the Legacy 3.6R, which gives a fair anount of spunk from its V6.

In terms of that "Sporty" quotient over the RX most def. The SH-AWD is an excellent system which is why I suggest the TL with it too. MDX has better reflexes than the RX, though efficiency is slightly less than the RX and if I recall you need to use premium. With the RX at least 2013 it can take regular 87 no problem. Interior is decent, but the RX is more luxurious.

There may be more cars, but I just can't think of anymore unless you include VW and Audi. Should take a test drive and see which car you like. I use to have a E46 M3 vert, S2000, and turbocharged SC300 and the Mazdaspeed 3 really surprised me. pretty quick and handles great for a fwd car. Like yourself, I wanted something fun, decently fast, decent fuel, practical, 4 door, and easy to work on and won't break the bank. The Mazdaspeed 3 will keep me happy until I can save up for something more powerful. All the cars(some new and used) listed can be had for under $30k. Got my MS3 for a little over $25k out the door new.

If you want my advice (and I hope this comes out as tactful) - if you're working 2 jobs you really shouldn't be looking at a $40k budget for a car especially because you just said that you don't have the luxury to work less.
Spending $40k on a car (or spending even more than that equivalent if you plan on leasing comparable $40k cars every 3 years, heaven forbid!) is a recipe for financial disaster if you're not easily able to write a $40k check and not even blink twice.
Plus you have kids who I presume are rather young right now. Kids are expensive! Through 18 years of age you'll be spending on the order of $500,000 per kid and that's not even including college tuition costs.
Anyways, I only bring this up because two of your comments gave me pause:
1) You work two jobs
and
2) You don't have the luxury "[in] your position" to work less than 2 jobs.
