THAT COUPE THO!! that would be a hot seller for the older couple or single business man =]
also bringing the prelude or something back would be super interesting IMO

i believe they are hesitant to do anything new because of the lack luster sales of the CRZ and insight

that would be stupid on Honda's part. they should quit their hybrid division altogether. Toyota has hybrid sector on lock, and European makers pretty much own all the diesel market. Honda should concentrate on going back to their old roots, making fun to drive, less is more type of vehicles.

I wouldn't abandon Hybrids all together for Honda though, the new Accord Hybrid is very impressive. They need to ditch the IMA stuff.

Honda has both good Hybrids and good diesels.

Problem is that the penny pinchers only care about profit so you dont get to sample everything they have.

They were making all sorts of noise about diesels and had promised a 4-cylinder Accord diesel in the U.S., along with a V-6 turbodiesel for the Ridgeline. Even that never materialized either.

Yeah the TSX would have benefited from that diesel they slated for it

Honda has great 4cly diesels, so they can always import them if they want to spend money... EuroVI coming next year is close enough to new EPA emission rules, so they will be able to federalize them at minimum costs.

V6 I think never, as they dont need that engine globally, just like V8.

Correct! I would fire those Executives for doing it to the company. It would be much viable to have 1-2 Sports car line up as Limited productions, but always available on the market for limited vehicle produced.

Those would keep the company in the enthusiast eyes, and more respect. It will also pull ways more business in for the company.

Like now, every body lost interests about the new Civic, and Honda vehicles together. I think their designs look boring.

The same as the Acura products. I don't know what is wrong with these people minds. But certainly an MDX and NSX is not going to save the Brand.

For now, no-body is taking Acura as a Luxury brand anymore.

Honda and Hyundai are swapping positions.
Honda is now going where Hyundai used to be, and Hyundai is going where Honda used to be in the 90s.( making fun cars)

Except the quality and reliability are not equivalent between the two companies. Hyundai is more like a Korean version of Mitsubishi. Quirky designs with so-so quality and reliability. Hyundai even uses a few Mitsubishi parts here and there.

i dont think so... Hyunai and Honda dont have anything in common at all. Maybe Hyundai is strying to be like Toyota, but certainly not Honda.

Honda is pretty unique manufacturer in its own right.
