We get enough accidents involved with drivers with no insurance and who pays for it in the end? The insured vehicle and their agency.

You can’t say anything or else they will start a fight. I had to go out on Sunday and I had to wait 20 minutes until they left.”
“They scratch cars, they bump into them, they have no regard.”

obviously part of the problem was also Police who did not show up in time and who did not punish them for previous instances which led them to believe that they can do whatever they can.
