He should tell the city fire the officers involved and whoever protects (other cops and union reps) them, plus take their pensions or I sue the city for misconduct for unknown sum. It would be nice to see the blue wall finally crack and their union reps not come to their aid knowing these guys screwed up royally.

I wonder what the city would take.

FINALLY! Verdict and sentancing are coming in, it took 2 whole years

Ex-NYPD cop, Wojciech Braszczok, 34, was convicted of assault and riot charges earlier this year and fired from the NYPD. Was sentenced to two years in jail.

Robert Sims, 37, the "most vicious" in the attack, was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison.

Jason Brown was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison.

Kaliq Douglas, 29, was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

Morton Katz, Mr. Douglas’s attorney, told Justice Maxwell Wiley Tuesday that Mr. Lien was partially at fault, but Justice Wiley said Mr. Lien did nothing wrong.
