Default Avoid Shopping from AKSRacing.com

Hey guys,
Avoid shopping with AKSRacing.com. I ordered an M2 axleback from them since they were said to be the leader in M2 performance parts distribution and Megan product Distribution and I've had nothing but issues. Heres the break down

-Ordered on 9/10/13

-Get email on 9/11/13 saying order is shipped but the tracking number is not available. They email me back saying tracking numbers take 24-72 hours to be come live.

-Email them on 9/13 saying please double check tracking number. Fedex says tracking number not valid. They emailed me back saying tracking number will be working by end of day.

The weekend passes

On 9/16 I try to get in touch with them and email saying Hey whats going on? Fedex says Tracking number is not valid. They assure me the number is valid but its clearly not. I even sent them a screen shot and an audio trancoding btw me and fedex saying the tracking number IS NOT valid. Getting a little pissed here, they send me an email back saying "We're sorry,Fedex has been losing a lot of our packages" So as a customer, Im like wtf I dont want to hear that. So I tried calling them and their number at the bottom of all emails is disconnected.

-9/17 I confront them via email about being able to actually speak to someone because their number is disconnected. They refuse to give me a number but ask for my number so i can call them so i gave them my work number. No answer/No call So i ask them to please resolve this shipping issue by end of the day or else please give me a refund.

-9/18 I get no answer and no call from them the entire day so at this point, I log all the emails and let paypal handle it.

7 days pass and the most I got out of these people was "FedEx has been losing our packages" . I would avoid dealing with these people because they dont do good business no matter how good the prices was. I was just trying to save a few bucks but ended up just buying it from somewhere else for full price.

yeah its annoying. NO CUSTOMER wants to hear that their package is lost before its even sent! Some of their emails come back as "Sent from Iphone" so makes me believe someone is just running it as their side business.
