Default Near Term New Lexus Products

Indications are that Lexus will be busy with new product introductions or major updates in the next year. Given is the introduction of the NX and RC. With a new Highlander at Toyota, can a new RX be far behind. The Camry gets an all new body style, can the ES be far behind? (Yes, I know the ES is now on the Avalon platform, but that is really based on the Camry anyway.)

New ES, could be a direct injection engine (like the GS) and an 8 speed auto like the RX F-Sport.

I highly doubt the ES will see any changes. It is still new. I have a feeling we will see engine changes to the Camry.

Where is the next LS? And what about the SUVs like the GX and LX?

I'm still bummed that's so far away. The current gen LS has been my favorite LS yet by far but I'm really excited to see Lexus bring its best to the market. 2017 is geared up to be a stage for a big fight- next generation A8, XJ, LS, 7-series, and a facelifted S-class. Woof.

Really excited for '15 GS F. That will be a game...changed.

But shocked -SHOCKED- that Lexus still hasn't brought a lux 3 row CUV like Audi Q7 to the party. Leaving cash on the table IMHO.

NX will be available very soon. 2016 RX will provide insight to this rumored 'TX' 3 row CUV based on it's features and specs.

The "refresh" was as major as one can get, over 3,000 new parts. The car is still selling decently so they should be okay for 2 more years. Which is perfect timing for me.

Me saying "It will be a technological tour de force" should go without saying. The new 7 is next and that will be interesting for sure.

I won't confirm a LS F but it seems to make sense.

Just to be accurate, the 2015 Camry is NOT an all new body style. Its just a refresh. Thorough refresh, but if you really look at it its the same platform, basic body, basic interior.

A super sized NX would be just what the doctor ordered. http://m.automobilemag.com/features/news/1404-report-lexus-three-row-crossover-due-2015/
