Default 86 FRS vs GTR

Damn, that little turbo frs really smoke the 3s 485hp twin turbo GTR beast down to earth.
What the point to own a not good looking heavy mass body & big HP straight line power for? lol

Obviously far more money than brains here.

1. Racing in close proximity to traffic.
2. Posting a video about it on YouTube, in broad daylight, with street signs visible.
3. Not blurring out license plates in profile shots making it an easy bust for LEOs.

No point for street racing... in traffic but guys still do it out there. This clip doesn't proof much but it look relatively fast.
That car could be in the mid 400hp. There is no surprise to see turbo FRS/BRZ go for a "kill" the twin turbo GTR as time goes.

kind of lame when each race lasts like 10-15 seconds. Im pretty sure the GTR would pass if it had an extra mile to run. Still pretty impressive FRS. I wonder how much boost they are running and if any internal motor work had to be done

I'd still rather have the GTR though. I like the BRZ/FRS, but it was a but cheaper feeling than I thought it would be. Maybe the 2nd gen will be much better. I'd take the BRZ over the FRS though. Too me it just looks a little nicer.

well one is $100k and other is $25k + turbo.

I would rather get nice 911 than either of them if I had $100k

Is the GTR even trying? it seems to me it is not! Maybe I am so used to seeing the GTR outrun just about anything that comes down the road next to them.

For sure the GTR driver is not trying from that clip but these kind of action on street will live short.
