Very nice.....my only favorite Z

Any interior pictures?

I'm going to pick one up in the future, part of my bucket list of cars to own
I've been looking around and see some nice clean one in the mid teens.

What's a good Z forum to read on?

My favorite commercial, esp. at the 0:21 sec mark

Nice 300ZX, loved that design. I still think it is one of the best designs to come out of Japan and it looks much better then the current Z. I always wanted a 300ZXtt and came close to buying one when I was younger but something always happened that stopped me from getting one. A tt swap sounds expensive, might be easier to just look for a turbo car and sell your current one when the time comes.

The 90's were a great time for Japanese sports car enthusiasts, Supra, 300ZX, RX-7, NSX, 3000GT, Eclipse, 240SX. MR2 Turbo, Celica All Trac, Integra Type R, SVX, Prelude, Cosmo in other markets, FTO in other markets, etc.

I saw a green late model Supra tt on Monday and sadly it was in horrible shape, the paint/clearcoat was fading everywhere, had dents, lights broken, sounded terrible, I just thought how can someone own a legendary car like the Supra tt and not take care of it or get it in nice condition.

This car owned my heart during my high school years(early 90's). A hour didn't go by without thinking about sex and/or the Z-car. Spent a lot of time drawing Z's in class. BTW, what did the "X" in 280ZX-300ZX stand for?

No interior pics for now, I'm working on it. The seats are the original 24 yr old leather seats so they are in bad shape. I'm looking to have them upholstered but haven't found a place yet. As of now I just got a seat cover on the driver's side which is the worst and I actually want to change the sound system first because the current one is about to die.

I think the best forums to go for the 300zx are 300zxclub.com and twinturbo.net

The "X" in the "ZX" was added on to indicate "luxury"

If you're the DIY type, interior innovations sell replacement seat skins for the Z. Not hard to replace at all, just a little time consuming.

Maybe nobody else sees it, but

Outraged Nissan is outraged!!!

Seriously though that is a nice 300ZX. I do like that body kit, some of the crap people put on these cars is straight ridiculous. Also looks like you could run one big center mount intercooler instead of the stock two side mounted ones with that bumper.

I thought about buying one of these back in the early 2000's. Did a lot of research, N/A models are pretty reliable, twin turbo motors are rather needy and both are very hard to work on. Decided to get a LS1 Camaro, it was cheaper, faster, and still had the wild styling I liked. Twin turbo cars back then were pretty pricey IIRC.
