People, this whole thing is the work of Rhett & Link, the famous YouTubers who make side money from getting commissioned to make creative commercials for local small businesses. The idea is theirs and not of the business owners (i.e. of course Arlen was only made to look creepy in this commercial). Check out their other works too. Here's another good one.
