Bmw offers M Performance parts - these include suspension, brakes etc for hardcore enthusiasts. They are under warranty and installed before delivery.
I still feel the F30 is a great sport sedan although i was not impressed bu the interior even compared to my e92.

I do agree that prices are a bit high as compared to other makes. The 6series GranCoupe is especially overpriced imo.

My 535 was 63.5k as compared to the GS Fsport at 58k.

with the 2011 ISF revised suspension it's now as fast as the M3 on the lightning lap.

Absolutely. I have a big place in my heart for the IS-F and would always choose it over an M3. That engine is pure titanium (figuratively speaking) and the curves are so nice.

BMW is better than Lexus in every way. LMAO Good luck with some of their customer service.

Right the outdated 2008 model. The 2012 model with a LSD and updated suspension laps Laguna Seca as fast as a M3 and new M5. funny how that works out, huh?

Congrats to Lexus on the win. I never thought I would see the day when the IS win a comparisons test over the 3 series. Despite the win I am a little disappoint on the straight line speed of the IS.
Once again congrats to Lexus.

i didnt think it will win in C&D especially, as they love 3 series and called it one of the best cars ever made last year.

got bored and made a 328 with the same features, its still $50.5k. Add another 3k if you want moonroof and keyless entry which is standard on the IS

Very aggressive pricing by Lexus. They've essentially lined up the IS250 with the 320i, and the IS350 with the 328i price wise. Are they planning to release something above the IS350 to line up properly with the 335i? Inquiring minds want to know.

Havent you heard the IS550 might be coming stateside?

On a more serious note, it would ne nice if they offer the 300h over here. I think it would sell pretty well.

The new M5 beat the new IS-F in the lightning lap (M6, too, obviously), FYI.

Right a brand new 550hp sedan beat a very old 416hp one by I believe .10 of a second. A wash.

I rather not get into pissing matches over a second here or there but I want to state the new IS F is much improved on the track in regards to times.

In this test again the IS won by one point, the IS has lost by one point in the past, I think all 3 are awesome and its great the Lexus is once again the sportiest drive so they are living up to the hype they have created with F-sport and F cars.

FYI everyone, the IS 300 also beat the E46 in R&T years ago as it was seen as the sportier drive. I often wonder if many people posting actually know these things are they all believe the same outdated crap
-BMW is sport
-Lexus and Benz is luxury

That outdated thinking needs to go.

Haha...I just spent 5 weeks with a F30 328 and it was a complete and total pos. Pure garbage that survives on the engine and badge solely. Interior quality is crap, handling is a joke, the tech is lame and it was zero fun to drive. F30 owners should be concerned that they bought their car just for the hood ornament.

Your comparison of a 335 to the IS F is laughable at best. I spent almost 4 years utterly abusing 335 badge w ***** that thought they were all that...lol.

I like your optimism, but no one will plunk down $60K on that
