2014 Porsche Panamera leaked w/ 413 hp TTV6 & Plugin Hybrid
The car will now be available as an S R-Hybrid plug-in using a 3.0-liter V6 combined with an electric motor and lithium ion battery for a total 410 hp. There will also be a new twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 model that makes 413 hp to replace the 4.8-liter V8 in the current S model that currenlty makes 395 hp.
Cosmetic updates come for the front and rear with a reshaped bumper and headlights. The rear also gets a new bumper along with LED tail light clusters and a revised rear hatch. The license plate bracket has also moved.

Haha!
Different strokes for different folks.
This is by FAR the best handling sedan that I have ever had the privilege of driving. If Porsche was half as easy to negotiate with as BMW is, there would be a Pana 4S in our garage instead of the 7.
Interesting to see the upgraded powerplants, even in the base model. Can't wait to see what the price point looks like this go 'round.
Not sure about the back seat...our 100 lb pup wouldn't be very happy about the center console...lol.

TTV6 should be a good successor, but like others have said I too am sad to see another NA V8 go. Looking forward though I would like to see this TTV6 as an engine choice in the new Macan.

Pole Position
I'm still at odds with this Porsche. On the road, from so many angles, I really like it. So imposing and regal and sporty. But then from that ONE angle, that rear hatch/hump just looks a little too out of proportion.
I am sooooooooooo curious to see how a Panamera would look as a true sedan with a trunk instead of a hatch. Photoshot experts, I summon you....

Porsche Panamera Long Wheelbase Confirmed for US, Priced from $125,600
Designed with the Chinese market in mind, the new extended-wheelbase Panamera won’t be reserved for those on the other side of the Pacific, with Porsche Cars North America confirming the longer sedan for sale in the U.S. this year.
Available as either a 4S or Turbo model, the Panamera Executive will be priced from $125,600 and $161,000 respectively. That roughly translates to an increase of $25,000 and $20,000 (respectively) over the standard wheelbase models.
What buyers get for the extra chunk of change is six more inches of rear seat legroom, as well as a more comfort-oriented air suspension system.
Like their conventional wheelbase counterparts, Panamera 4S Executive models also benefit from a new biturbo 3.0-liter V6 engine, which replaces the old 4.8-liter V8. The result is improved fuel economy as well as an increase in power to 420 hp.
