I would say all of those accident but one are the bus drivers fault. He could have stopped or slowed down to avoid collision every single time. I see his point though. Fraud and corruption are rampant in Russia
Supposedly he is intentionally not slowing down enough to hit those people to make a point.
His logic make sense too, if cutting people off would get rear ended, less people would cut off people. Assuming no one is paying for the damages.
