Well, even with those so-called "Female" or "Chick" cars, guess what?..............a good 50% or more on each one is still male ownership or drivers. That is why I don't (and never did) believe in nonsensical auto-stereotypes.

Looks like the term "chick car" is unjustified for any car. Even the most "girly" car has as many male owners as the females, unless there's a gender in between.

46% female means 54% male so the IS is more of a male's car and at worst it's equal among the sexes.

Its true that more males own the IS than females, but its also true that it's the 5th girliest car in LA

this is a repost

either way, funny how society portrays what a guy and a girl car is.

i'd rock a miata or IS anyday (two cars which are considered "girly")

so the conclusion is that there are way more male drivers than female drivers. even the ranked #1 female car is still driven by 50% male.

Wow! Six of the ten "men's" vehicles are trucks or truck-pretenders, and only three or "foreign" makes.

Contrast that with NO trucks and ALL foreign makes on the "women's" list. Big difference.

Somehow, I doubt those figures, Edmunds having somewhat arbitrarily assigned sex of the owner, but it does represent some kind of a trend. If you toss in the machismo factor, it looks like all but the Ridgeline are fueled by testosterone.
